Description
The academic minor in Digital Narratives is offered to all Universidad de los Andes students interested in learning about the digital media universe and telling fiction and non-fiction stories in different languages —such as written, audio, audiovisual, corporal, and multimedia. For example, chronicles, audio reports, video shorts, performances, and information visualizations, among others. The minor contemplates two learning scenarios: workshops that explore the creation of digital narratives and elective courses that strengthen the critical view of the digital environment and its socio-cultural contexts.
Learning Objectives
- Analyze, from a critical and reflective perspective, the narratives and languages of the media and their socio-cultural contexts.
- Create digital stories that allow a connection with diverse audiences and the responsible incidence in the social environment.
